Villa in Peritheia, Greece

This modern villa of 300sq.m. is situated in Perithia in the North side of Corfu.

It is fully equipped and comes with a few luxurious extras. Sleeping up to 11 people this villa has more than enough space to accommodate large parties. What better way to spend your day than enjoying a BBQ by the side of your own private pool or soak up the wonders of Corfu during the day and then relax in our outdoor Jacuzzi in the evening.

A large 50sq.m., cozy lounge with a fireplace is welcoming us as we enter the main door to the ground floor. This is the perfect place for catching up at the end of the day. A separate dining room, an elegant fitted kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a wc are also on this floor. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to turn the abundance of fresh local produce on offer in the nearby villages into delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. For your convenience, the fully fitted kitchen has a large breakfast bar, large fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer and dishwasher. If you love to cook with a view, it also gives direct access to the pool patio and outside dining area.

An internal staircase takes us to the first floor where we find 4 more bedrooms three of which with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are large, have bedside tables, lamps, air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans and sofa or armchair.

Set in a 2.000sq.m. plot with private pool, with infinity waterfall, jacuzzi and BBQ, the beautiful poolside terraces offer the perfect place to relax and unwind, whilst overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea.

With trees and shrubs, flowers and vines, it’s easy to see why Corfu is known as the Emerald Isle following a stroll around the gardens and grounds. Perched above the Mediterranean, and local beaches, this villa offers perfect views from each corner, with terraces and patios set to a backdrop of unobstructed sea and mountain views.

This villa can be used as a permanent residence and as an investment since it can be rented during the season.

The beach of Apraos is in a very close distance, approx. 2km away. Approx. 7km away is Acharavi where you can find many shops, tavernas, restaurants, banks, doctors and many facilities and amenities.

Corfu town and the airport are (approx.) 40km away.
