Apartment in Sidari, Greece

We offer an apartment complex with swimming pool and bar for sale on the outskirts of Sidari, north Corfu. The apartments measure 500 sq m and sit on a plot of land of approx. 4,000 sq m.

The complex was refurbished in 2010, finished to a very high standard.
The complex is split into three units;

Βlock-A: two apartment buildings consisting of 4x1 double bedroom apartments on the ground floor with kitchen/diner/bathroom with shower and terrace, and 2x2 double bedrooms apartments on the first floor with kitchen/diner/bathroom with shower and balcony.

Block-B: is the same building as block-A but laid out with 8x1 double bedroom apartments.
Block-C: A swimming pool/bar and 2x2 bedroom apartments are in the centre of the two apartment blocks.

Giving us a total of 16 rooms (40 beds). Some of the rooms are large enough to take an extra bed or bunk beds. All apartments where renovated in 2010 to a good standard with double glazing. There is a large parking area, enough for 10+ cars.
Shops and tavernas are a 10 min walk away and the main town of Sidari, Canal d`Amour and the beach are within 15 min walk or a very short drive away.
Corfu town and the airport are 40 km away.
