Kato Korakiana is a fifth century old village, although situated on a hill with beautiful views the beach of Dasia and Ipsos is just a kilometer away.For those reasons the village maintained a traditional character and culture away from big hotels and tourism making it  a multinational home owners place.

The traditional home is a 1970s structure originally as massive house and then divided in two at the 90s and sold separately.Part of a quiet and well kept neighbourhood provides both privacy and a spacious garden with a beautiful view to host a swimming pool if required.
