Cottage / House in Kato Korakiana, Greece

Kato Korakiana is a fifth century old village, although situated on a hill with beautiful views the beach of Dasia and Ipsos is just a kilometer away.For those reasons the village maintained a traditional character and culture away from big hotels and tourism making it  a multinational home owners place.

The traditional home is a 1970s structure originally as massive house and then divided in two at the 90s and sold separately  with partial renovation on the beginning of 2000 including a new roof.Part of a quiet and well kept neighbourhood provides both privacy and a spacious garden with a beautiful view to host a swimming pool if required.

The property has two parking spots and two entrances one to the garden and one to the two main buildings, entering main gate you will find a small detached studio with bathroom and fireplace, opposite of that is the main house with the ground  floor you will find a kitchen and massive living room with fire place and on the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. Attached to the main house is a bedroom and next to it another bedroom with bathroom. The garden hosts a BBQ and a spacious shed to host storage room and tools.
