Situated in the quiet, traditional, but thriving village of Pagoi, in the north west of the island, this immaculate, three-bedroomed, detached house was completed by the current owner around 6 years ago.  It has since been very well maintained throughout, is in excellent condition and is ready for immediate occupation.  The owner is willing to leave it furnished and some of the bedroom furniture has been custom made by the current owner.  It is currently being used as a year-round home but would also be ideal as a holiday ‘lock up and leave’. It is double glazed, has mosquito nets, is centrally heated and the wiring for air conditioning units has been prepared should a future owner require it. In addition to the current off-road parking, there are plenty of parking areas for visitors close by.

The closest beach resort of Agios Georgios is close enough to walk to and is only a 5 minute drive away. The main town of Acharavi is approx 20 kms away and Corfu town and airport are approx 28 kms away.
