Plan B (with 5% discount)

- 2000 Euro reservation deposit (valid for 30 Days);

- 50% upon signing a Preliminary contract;

- 40% upon reaching groind level of the building;

- 10% upon obtaining Title deed.



Plan C (with 7% discount)

- 2000 Euro reservation deposit (valid for 30 Days);

- 90% upon signing a Preliminary contract;

- 10% upon obtaining Title deed.
