Real estate buyers flock to Eurozone As summer gets underway real estate investors are beginning to splash the cash once again with many Eurozone regions featuring high on the list of most sought after locations. While the USA real estate market remains one of the most popular choices for investors several European countries managed to move up into the top five spots for the first time they include the Spanish property market, French property, Italian real estate and residential properties in Portugal.

During the last few weeks investor interest has begun to build in Eurozone countries but has yet to hit the levels reached twelve months ago – not a total surprise considering the on-going uncertain economic conditions facing these countries.

Opinion is divided among many real estate advisors as to whether the troubled property markets of Europe are on the mend but either way the return of investors must surely indicate a promising hope of better times ahead.
