Finland foreign investment now 30% of total transactions

Foreign investors buying in Finland now account for around a third of the ?1.4 billion total property transactions, according to KTI Finnish Property Monthly.

Between January and August of this year, foreign investors accounted for about 30% of the total transaction volume, according to preliminary statistics. The transaction volume was over ?200 million more than in the same period last year, KTI reported.
