Hong Kong sales creep up but still way down on 2010

Hong Kong’s monthly residential property transactions rose slightly in November compared to October, but are still down more than 60% on a year-on-year basis according to the city-state’s Land Registry.

4,79 sales were recorded in November, up 3.3% on October’s figure.
However, this is still 63.6% down on November 2010’s transactions figure.
The value of November’s transactions were HK$35.8 billion, a rise of 59.2% from a month previous but again over a third down (39.2%) on a year earlier
